The Terruzzi Foundation Villa Margherita in Bordighera, Italy, proposes a contemporary arte show "IN-NATURAL" curated by Leo Lecci with the works of 3 young artists: Maria Rebecca Ballestra, Saverio Chiappalone and Natalie Silva.  Each Artist with their specific and creatives peculiarities, develops an intense and emotional dialogue on the concept of fluidity, of transparency, of water. Paintings, photographs and installations accompany the visitors on a path of shared research that goes beyond the varied mediums and languages, adoptd by these artists in a fascinating creative synergy. The exhibition is open from 14th May to 30th June 2013.

The installation of Maria Rebecca Ballestra underlines how natural elements can become paradoxically artificial. The title "Artificial Landscape" is formed by two series of photographs: the Yang Tze River and I'm because you are (5th stage of Journey into Fragility), both originated in China, rispectively in 2011 and 2012. These works document two examples of human intervention on the natural environment, completey different, but both invasive, so much so, that hey have caused a radical transformation in the areas they developed: Three Gorges Dam on the Yangtze the blue River, and the West Lake in the city of Hangzhou.

I'm because you are is a work composed by photographs, red dragonflies and a video with the music realized by the sound artist and composer Alessandro Olla.
